This Tabasco origin is a little extra special. It is not just single origin, or single estate. The cacao used in this bar is grown and fermented by one farmer and one engineer on about 5 acres of land in the Tabasco region of Mexico. It has a complex and unique flavor that defies description. We are honored to make chocolate from these special beans.
